The Star of Texas Regional Center (STRC), successfully raised $5M EB5 Investor funds beginning in 2010 to build the Bolivar Utility Services LLC, a private utility co. to expand an existing wastewater treatment plant for a new 500,000 gallon a day wastewater treatment plant that enabled bolivar to expand to over 3,000+ houses and assorted businesses served today on the peninsula. All of the investors were paid back their entire principal and interest on time and are now on the way to U.S. citizenship!
